A place very close to everything and super quiet. We are 15 min drive from airport. 5 min drive from the largest shopping center in the Caribbean Plaza Las Américas, 15 minutes from old San Juan and beaches. Nearby La Ceiba bakery, Rest Rodaballo, Aurorita’s Mexican rest, 3 min walk. 15 min drive to cruise port. Banks and gas stations 2 min walk. 10 minutes from the Puerto Rico Coliseum. No luxuries, small, all basic amenities, surveillance camaras recording 24/7 exterior only.
