This newly renovated duplex house has a prime location and features 3 beds and 1 bath, king-size bed. The house has a full kitchen and a private laundry room, and each room is AC and heated. Speedy WiFi internet. There is also a free parking space available. private entrances with a digital door lock for self-check-in, and it's just a short 15-minute drive to Downtown LA. Quick and easy freeway access is available through 10 and 710. We hire a professional cleaning team to keep the house clean and tidy.
