Spectacular, beachfront custom one level home with designer furnishings, located directly on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in Exuma. We are also located in the middle of the Island making it convenient to travel in either direction,. Kitchenaid appliances, Glass enclosed tiled showers, Smart TV's with Netflix, board & card games, books and much more. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living room & screened

Enjoy the large beachfront screened in porch for dinning and relaxing (rare in rental properties), sit out on our 12' x 45' covered deck or sunbath on our new tiled patio.. Swim right out front in the crystal clear turquoise waters of Exuma.
Exuma offers great fishing, snorkeling, and boating. Take a full day adventure to see the large iguana's, swimming pigs, and nurse sharks, along with a stop at the mile long sandbar with snorkeling in Thunder Ball Grotto.

There are 3 Kayaks with safety vests ( two 1 seat, one 2 seat ) boogie boards, skim boards, floats, noodles, beach chairs & umbrellas all included for your enjoyment at the house & on our beach only. Since COVID, we do not offer snorkeling equipment

We provide lots an amenities for you at your arrival, any additional replacement amenities can be purchased at the food store. There’s tea, sugars, salt & pepper, spices, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags. We do not provide laundry detergent. All our bathrooms have hotel size amenities, full size Lever soap in showers, & hairdryers. As of February 1, 2024, we will have a Keurig coffee maker, so please bring your K-pods, they are expensive in Exuma.

Catch a direct flight to Georgetown, Exuma, from American through Miami, Delta through Atlanta, Bahama Air through Nassau, and Canada Air from Toronto

Smoking is NOT permitted in our house or on our property, and we only rent to non smokers

We allow a MAXIMUM of 6 quests (adults/children) in our house rental. Children 6 years old & above are permitted with owners prior approval. Vrbo webpage restriction in our House Rules is minimum of 13 years old, which is incorrect. All guests staying in house must be registered by suppling Name & Birthdate.

Every aspect of our stay at Bahama Blue was absolutely perfect. Wendy stayed in constant communication with us through the whole process providing us with information important to our stay. The house was better than the pictures posted on line including the beach and water. We would absolutely stay at Bahama Blue again and we will!

Our family of 5 visited Exuma for the first time and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was spacious and comfortable and right on the beach! We hardly ever saw another person in either direction, almost felt like we were the only people there. Great location on the island, easy to get anywhere you need to go. We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location, perfect house for 6 adults and perfect vacation. Close to cocoplum beach which is the prettiest beach. The beach behind the house is amazing and you have it all to yourself. I would choose the house again if we come back.

The view from the house and ability to have what is basically your own private beach is amazing! We only saw two other families on the beach and they were well away from our section. The photo's don't reflect the beautiful view from the house. Some of the greenery has been removed directly behind the house to give better access to the beach. This enables you to have a great view of the water from the back deck. We really enjoyed getting up every morning and sitting in the rocking chairs on the deck and looking out at the ocean while having our coffee. The house is very nice and the supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, life jackets and floaties is great. They are in really good condition and clean-no need to drag your own floaties or beach towels. In addition to the direct access from the center of the back deck, the beach can also be reached from stairs that are only a short distance away (near the gazebo you see in the photos) and that would be very helpful to anyone with limited mobility issues. While this trip was just my husband and me, the house would really be great for two couple or a family as it does have three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a large kitchen. We preferred to cook most of our own meals and the kitchen was well equipped to do so. There is a small food market not too far away which is helpful. We also did a private boat charter (recommendation from the owners) with Out Island Outfitters and it was awesome!
