Fun shore bungalow that is walkable to the beach!

The streets are lined with sand for your shore bungalow experience. When you stay here you are truly staying at the shore with the sand at your doorstep. This is walkable to the beach (minutes away), restaurants and ice cream! You have the beach on one side and the bay on the other! This is section 3 in ocean. Outside you will be provided with a table, chairs, umbrella, and grill plus more! Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Beach passes are not included but available for purchase.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Reminder check out is 11am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Two cars fit in the driveway, no street parking. Please clean your feet off at the outdoor shower before entering if you on the beach.
Membership passes are required to be purchased from OB3 association. This includes beach access with access to all events. A link will be sent.
Garbage is to be put out in the trash cans at the time of departure. Garage is picked up on Monday's and Thursdays.
