It's a fine place to stay for a night or two if you're not looking for anything fancy. It's been remodeled so the decor is lovely. However, the structure itself is in need of major repair. You should be aware of that. But it's in a beautiful area and the staff is very responsive.
Very smooth and simple! We had a long trip so due to logistics we arrived a couple hours early and our host didn’t miss a beat.
Kids loved the layout and feeling like they had a home of their own. Setting was beautiful with easy access to hiking areas (20-25 minutes to some absolutely gorgeous stuff). The coffee shop 1 minute away was great and friendly. Overall a enjoyable and hospitable experience.
A very welcome home. The list of place to see and things to do (that were all suggested by our host) were all amazing. The wildlife and mountains view were unforgettable. We did take a trip to gamble in Blackhawk. It’s was a beautiful scenic drive. The home was nice and clean. Easy to find. Eldora ski area was only 30 minutes away. Had a great day of skiing. For the price you’ll have have a tough time doing better. Thanks again for the say
This was a great place to gather with family. We are all adults that do not require high end stays to appreciate our surroundings or each other. Not fancy by any means, but serves as a great place to gather & rest your head. Limited supplies in kitchen so come prepared and bring your own water. Faucet water is not clear in color, so bring plenty of drinking water too! Beautiful surroundings right outside your door.

This single wide trailer is ok. It's a bit run down and smelled like cigarettes. Planks on the porch are rotting. Was missing items in the kitchen. It is rustic and close to Golden and Boulder so that was nice. I didn't receive my damage deposit back, yet and the ad said I would within 7 days.

Not Safe Property
The mobile home is in bad shape. There are holes under the laminate flooring and carpet as well as carpet cut up in chunks like someone was patching up the floor. There was a spot in the back bedroom that the wooden floor board popped up. The place was dirty because of an issue with their cleaning person kit showing up. The back bedroom smelled of urine and musk. The bath tub faucet was constantly dripping/lightly pouring out because it was broken. It was late at night when we noticed these issues and the owner had us stay at a different location just for that night. We were stranded in Colorado and had to find the closest hotel that had availability. The pictures on the listing do not match the actually unsafe condition of the mobile home. Someone from VRBO needs to see this property.
