Studio Sea View - 10/10. Clean. Great size. Quiet. Nice view. Well equipped kitchen. Quality safe. A/C worked well. Bathroom - 10/10. Clean. Lovely shower. Bed - 10/10. Very large. Very comfy. WiFi - 10/10. No issues. Even worked down by the pool. Pool - 10/10. Good size. Nice and clean laid out pool area, with plenty of loungers. Gym - N/a. Didn’t use, but looked decent. Spa - N/a. Didn’t use. Staff - 10/10. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were friendly, attentive and most helpful. Breakfast/Dinner - 10/10. Stayed half-board and enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets. Very good variety, with dishes from around the world. Changed daily for the 3 nights we stayed. Hotel - 10/10. Could not fault anything with this hotel. The location/area is ok. There is not much to do in the nearby area, but you are right next to the Palm Jumeira Tram stop - and getting around in Dubai is so easy and cheap with their public transport (tram, metro & bus). Also walking distance to the start of the monorail which takes you through the Palm to the Atlantis (30 AED). All in all, a perfect stay and would definitely recommend.

A brilliant stay

We’ve had an excellent stay for our holiday. The staff were more than helpful and couldn’t do enough for us for the duration of our trip. The only downside being the beds for the children and they were not very comfortable. Our kids are 11 and 15 and we paid extra for an additional bed, which also wasn’t massively comfortable. From speaking with the staff we understand that the hotel are in the process of upgrading the spare beds, so hopefully this will go away. We’d happily stay here again, the location is really good for what we wanted to do and the proximity to the metro station is perfect.
