Kitchen includes 4 burner electric stovetop, microwave, air fryer, toaster, Keurig, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, utensils. Swing mount TV in the living room area as well as a TV in the bedroom. Island dining table with 4 chairs. Bedroom offers a queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Fully furnished with dishes and linens. Parking onsite and on street.

We had a great stay. The property is clean, spacious, well stocked, quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. John was very prompt in responding to questions.Our only dislike was that you can't control the thermostat in the unit as it is one control for the whole second level. It was too chilly for us.

The salmon river is in the back of building, opened bedroom window to hear the water. We stayed in June, 2025. Newly remodeled inside and out, good parking. We liked the all-wood surrounds, tall ceilings and large bathroom. The keyless entry was helpful. Everything we needed was within 5 miles distance of the location. The downside to the apartment, it is on the second floor, 18 stairs, ( well lit and good hand rails) was kinda hard to carry fishing stuff and ebikes.
