Nicely remodeled 3BD/2BA townhouse, including whole house filtration system and steam room. House is Centrally located in old town Scottsdale. Close to shopping centers, mall, golf courses, ballpark, restaurants, clubs and entertainments. Come Relax and enjoy the beautiful desert. The house has Nice entry-way where you can also sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Large master BD has cozy King bed with private bathroom and walk in closet. Second bedroom has queen size and a pull out twin bed ottoman. Third BD has queen bed and separate living area. Home has plenty of amities. Walking distance from Scottsdale entertainment zone and restaurants.

Gem in Old Town Scottsdale
We spent 2 months in this rental property and loved it! The location is perfect and you can walk to restaurants, shops, etc. For exercise enthusiasts, the path along the canal is on one side and the greenway paths are on the other side of the property. The unit itself is well stocked and in a fantastic, quiet neighborhood. Sophia was great to work with and was always very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property.wellwrlstocked
