Welcome to our spacious and accommodating 1200 sqft 3-br, 2-ba medical friendly house! Designed with your comfort and convenience in mind, our home offers a peaceful sanctuary equipped with features to meet your unique needs. With ample space, accessible layout, and essential medical amenities, we aim to provide a relaxing and supportive environment during your stay. Whether you're seeking a temporary medical retreat or simply looking for a comfortable getaway, our house is the ideal choice.
The space
Our Space is 1 mile from the Duke Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation center, 2.5 miles from Duke University Hospital, 2.6 miles from Duke Hospital, 4.5 miles from Downtown Durham. Our home is recently renovated and includes a 36" exterior door with a ramp, a flat yard, and plenty of neighbourhood sidewalks to roam for recovery. This makes your stay the perfect place for a medical recovery stay, a visit to Dukes campus, or just a fun jaunt around Downtown Durham and the surrounding area.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you are going to medical appointments are someone in your group may need some physical assistance (wheelchair, walker, etc).

My family had a great time in this house. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Location was great as it was accessible to the 85 freeway, Costco was a few minutes away. There were restaurants close by too. We loved playing bingo at night which they provided for the guests. They had other board games there too. Thank you so much for a great stay!
