Private Resort living experience for the whole family with lots of room for fun. This home features 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom with an inviting open Living Room concept and a spacious Kitchen. Large pool and Jacuzzi with adjustable heating system. The house is located at the entrance of Birch State Park and a block away from the Beach of Fort Lauderdale. Pack from us provided a beach wagon with beach chairs, Towels and umbrella and enjoy the Florida sun.

This new renovated entire House is where your holiday begins, where you can exchange the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a world full of tranquility and relaxation. Located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal in the upscale neighborhood of Dolphin Isles. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to the beach with private & free access. Wonderful 3/3 with dual primary bedroom suites (king size bed), both offer direct access and views to the oversized and totally private exotic garden.

Great location and home is in very nice condition. Host provides all you need for going to the beach which is a short walk. A bit disappointed that the pool and hot tub heat did not work during our stay in January and did not get fixed during our stay.

Great property and location was 5 minutes from the beach. Had a small problem with the power upon arrival, not their fault, but the owner worked with us and we had a great vacation. Plan to stay there again on our next trip to Ft. Lauderdale.

Great location, great host

A few girlfriends stayed at this home to celebrate a birthday. We rented a golf cart and found the location of the house perfect for lots of options. We found the home clean and well-equipped. Most of all, the host's communication was top notch. Definitely recommend this one!

Comfy stay in a prime location

The property location cannot be beat -- the house backs up to Hugh Taylor Birch state park, which is a great spot for outdoor activities. Getting to the beach is an easy 5 minute walk, and the house has ample beach toys and chairs. The heated pool is fantastic. There is even a small adjacent hot tub area. The backyard feels private and secluded, even though you're in a very busy area. The house itself was well laid out, with two master suites on opposite ends, a great setup for two families. We enjoyed our time and would stay here again!

Spring visit

Our party of four adults just returned from a wonderful visit at this lovely Dolphin Isles home. It was beautifully decorated and in an ideal location, whether shopping, dining or walking to the beach, and is right next-door to Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. The park has great shaded walking trails and picnic areas with lots of natural landscaping and nature To enjoy. We spent a lot of time around the large pool in the backyard which was surrounded by lush, green palm trees, and foliage that provided nice privacy. There were two areas to dine at and a nice seating area for relaxing and watching some TV in the evenings. Romina helped provide answers for any questions we had about the property. I would definitely recommend this property to families, adults, and seniors. I look forward to another visit to this much cared for home.!

We had a great stay at this pool house. VRBO originally messed up the arrangements for this stay, but the owner Romina made it right! She personally came down on a Friday evening, canceled her dinner plans to personally clean the house! The house was left a mess from the renters before us! This owner worked her tail off to make it right and man did she have that house cleaned in 2 hours! Outstanding customer service and accommodation! I will 100% rent/schedule a stay with her again!

Stunning Comfort

This home is stunning - well decorated and very comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable, all linens and towels were of high quality. The layout of the home is perfect with 2 bedrooms on one side of the home and the master bedroom on the other side - privacy factor. Bathrooms clean and newly updated. Pool was wonderful - perfect temperature and no chemicals were noted. Area directly from the family area opens onto a patio area with protection and comfortable furniture. Great kitchen that was well supplied with cooking needs. The host was extremely helpful and very responsive to our needs/questions. Location was great - short distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend this home.

The residence is absolutely beautiful with fantastic amenities (well appointed renovated interior/ pool and jacuzzi within a private backyard). The location is excellent, near the beach, high end stores and wonderful restaurants. The beautiful neighborhood is very quiet with very friendly neighbors. Why they chose this property

Dolphin Isle is a very quiet /peaceful neighborhood. We have lived here for 2 years, and I decided that this will be a wonderful destination for families to vacation. Our property is located on a backstreet with very little car traffic.

What makes this property unique

The property is on a larger corner lot with just one neighbor to the right side of the property which makes it more private. Huge beautiful kept back yard with a Mango three (best mangos in town). In the morning you will hear the birds sign while you enjoy your coffee or tea and the beautiful Florida sun.
