I cannot recommend Mr. Tan’s accommodations enough. He is an exceptional host who made us feel very welcomed and that any need would be taken care of immediately. He provided an airport shuttle service for seven people and their luggage, making our experience coming into Hoi An so seamless. He greeted us upon our arrival, took our orders for breakfast, and showed us around the premises. The rooms were spacious, air conditioned, beds were large and comfortable—and a perfectly situated location to walk into the center of Hoi A for sightseeing. One night I messaged Mr. Tan asking for a wine opener and within seconds he ran up the stairs to provide me one before I could finish saying “thank you.” The breakfast, the convenience, the location, and the level of service from Mr. Tan truly made this VRBO stay a five-star experience. My friends and I can’t wait to come back to Hoi An and will undoubtedly stay with Mr. Tan again!
