We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed, everything we needed was already there. The deck views were absolutely stunning, especially in the morning with coffee, and the fishing right off the dock was fantastic. Communication with the host was top notch from booking through checkout, prompt, friendly, and helpful with every question we had. Highly recommend!

Great house right on the water, with a sandy bottom all the way out to the end of the dock. Take advantage of the lake if you stay here!Check in and out were smooth and easy and the house was perfect size for our group. It was clean and the portable room A/Cs did the job to keep us cool in each room.We didn't use the fire ring, but the deck was nice and big with plenty of seating. Nice location with several good golf courses nearby, and some nice small-town restaurants that we were able to enjoy.

All needs met

This was my first VRBO. I had a few accommodations for my family to meet in order to make this adventure successful. Three grandsons and 1 son are on the autism spectrum and 1 son that has high social anxiety. The fireworks on the lake were phenomenal and gave some the chance to watch from inside the home due to sensory overload. There was enough to do to keep everyone happy and safe and to each their own privacy. The hosts of this home went above and beyond to make this a very relaxing and laid back atmosphere. I would highly recommend Derby Dreams to everyone.
A blast of color painting the sky, what a view!
Family time is the best time!
Nothing is complete without a campfire
Enjoying the water one day at a time;)
