Total Bedding: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double, 3 Twins.
5 TVs: Large Smart TV with Cable in living room, Cable TV in the King Bedroom, Cable TV in Queen Bedroom, Smart TV with access to streaming apps in the Full/Twin Bedroom, and smaller TV for use with your game system in the 2 Twins bedroom.
Stereo, CD Player. Pak-N-Play & 2 Booster Chairs make it child-friendly! Covered Decks with furniture.
NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.
Rents Nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, off-season only.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
