Buergo's Place

This space was created with my kids and family. we put all together and during this process of renovation we had a lot of fun, special moments and a lot of memories. When you put your soul in what you do everything is created different. Hope everyone came to our place can enjoy this place like us did. House have an independent apartment, separate from home

The house is completely updated, new bathrooms, floor, kitchen was updated, all furniture is new. Pool. Outside furniture to enjoy the backyard

House looks exactly like photos nice clean only thing I didn’t like is that the host wasn’t so good on communication and also when we arrived there was someone else there staying in what looked like an efficiency that was made from the garage but other than that the home was nice big quite neighborhood

The home was very welcoming and the pools temperature was perfect. The kids had a great time! Wish we stayed longer.

0/10 don’t recommend! the host has poor communication skills , it was barely clean and had stains I texted and let himKnew he didn’t tell us the washer was broken until I told him about it once we checked out he tried to text and tell me about stains on the floor that was already there.

This people are really bas persons, they destroyed one of the Bathrooms, one matress and 4 towels stains with blood, they dont have the honestly to tell me what’s happened.. very bad guests… never allow them in your property

The house was very nice. The only i can say is i would have like there to have been more kitchen supplies, trash bags, silverware and things like ziplocks or foil.

Clean and comfy

The house is clean and comfortable, giving you the space you need to live away from home. Quiet/safe neighbourhood. We went for walks in the evenings and felt very safe. It's definitely nice to have a pool in the back yard for the days that you just wanna hang out. If you plan to do much cooking, youll want to grab a few disposable pans for the oven or BBQ as there are no cookie sheets.

Great place but we couldn't control the temperature

The house was as described. Clean and comfortable. We struggled with two things: the code to get in was not in the welcome email and required sitting on hold for 30 mins with vbro. After that the host was very responsive. The other thing we struggled with was that the thermostat was locked and when not in the house, the eco setting let it get very hot (84 degrees!). This took 3+ hours to cool down which was problematic if you came home late at night. The owner asked that we contact her every time we wanted to change the temperature. I understand that AC bills can be expensive, but I also think if you rent a place you should be able to control the temperature.

Thank you so much for your review. 1- code is always at the description of the listing 2- you are right , home have Eco control, you requested to down the ac and i did at 65 and you still was hot… you tried to low the ac at 59 and i asked you? Do you pit the ac at 65 in your house? Also answered about you have the right to control ac , yes you can do it….
