Being an HOA, neighborhood very quiet, neat and clean. EXCELLANT location to EVERYTHING including shopping, eating, groceries and especially the Grayton state park beach. Very much enjoyed just relaxing on the back covered porch enjoying the view of the Magnolia Forest in the backyard.

This was our first year traveling with our Irish Wolfhound pup. We were worried we couldn't find a place that would welcome him, but the host was very accommodating. The house was perfect for my family of 6! It was very clean. There are three large bedrooms and 2 baths. There was a beautiful backyard with a grill and firepit. The front and back porch was used daily! Perfect place to have a cup of coffee and read a book even when it rained. I was afraid to get eaten by mosquitos, but not one bite!The house was fully equipped. We cooked dinner every night. They had pots, pans, baking dishes, a rice cooker, toaster, air fryer, and microwave. The only thing we needed to purchase was a can opener. There was a washer and dryer that was used daily. They had a smart TV in three out of the four rooms. A lot of closet space.
