**Beware of roaches Check-in was about the only thing easy about this vacation. Manager was very responsive to my messages, but on the second day we started seeing roaches from babies to adults. Manager stated they were the " normal" palmetto roaches but upon research were German cockroaches which are very harmful and spread diseases as well.as you can bring them home with you because there was an infestation of them . Manager seemed to not care and didnt want to compensate anything over .0001 percent of what we paid. Just beware

We’re sorry to hear about the concerns during your stay. We do want to clarify that the pest mentioned is a palmetto bug, which is quite common in coastal areas due to the warm climate and can occasionally make its way indoors, even in well-maintained homes. These are different from German cockroaches, which are typically associated with infestations.
That said, we understand how uncomfortable this must have been, and we take all pest-related concerns seriously. Our units are on a regular pest control schedule, and we’re happy to have our team address any concerns promptly when reported.
