Custom-built contemporary home set on a tranquil property of 30+ acres. New furniture, kitchen, and appliances being installed through early spring 2024. Perfect for a quiet vacation, outdoor hiking adventure, stargazing trip, or artist's retreat. Located near trails for Belvedere Mountain, Tillotson Peak, and the Vermont Long Trail. Cozy radiant heat and spacious rooms with natural light. Great location for skiing at Jay Peak Resort, visiting Lake Eden, or going to Hazen-Snotch State Park.

Features include a balcony, vaulted ceilings, loft, windows galore, radiant floor heat, circular staircase and a stream front seating area. Bedrooms offer one king, one queen, and one bunk bed that features a full sized lower bunk bed and twin sized upper bunk bed. In addition, there is a queen sized pull-out couch in the loft.

Property has Starlink WIFI for making calls and watching shows. Groceries and supplies are a 20min drive into town. Bedding and linens provided, cleaning fee covers clean up and laundering of all towels and linens. About an hour drive from Burlington Airport. If updates and improvements complete before June 2024, listings will be adjusted and calendar days opened.
