This place was great! The check-in process was easy. Jenn was really responsive to communicate with and accommodated me quite well! She had all the supplies a person could possibly need to make their stay comfortable. If I am ever in need of a place or know of someone needing a place in Palmetto, I will definitely recommend!

Jenn is an awesome host! She communicates very quickly and clearly. This is a perfect spot for retirees or a small family. Jenn has the kitchen stocked with everything you need to make meals.

Florida vacation

Great ground floor apartment, super clean and quiet. Excellent and very responsive hosts. If in the area again would definitely try to stay here again. Highly recommended for couples.

Fantastic Communicator

Apartment was just as stated. Amazing communication by Jenn the host. Very clean, secluded from rest of the property. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything exactly as described. Very comfortable, quiet, private. Had everything we needed. Great place for two people. In a residential neighborhood, safe for walking. Short drive to Bradenton LECOM Park for Pirates spring training. Private courtyard for sitting outside in the shade while having morning coffee. Dollar General walkable distance. Check out the Citrus Place just north on 19 for a vanilla/orange juice ice cream twist cone.

Clean & Cozy!

I have stayed at quite a few places in the area as I come down regularly for work. This has been by far the cleanest, nicest place I have stayed. Communication with the property manager was amazing. She was so quick to respond to any questions. The place had everything you could have needed. Will absolutely stay again anytime the property is available when I come back!

Palmetto for 2

Jennifer & Chris are about as good as it gets when you are talking ‘HOSTS’. Their downstairs apartment is perfect for 2 travelers, it’s squeaky clean, a perfect size, and makes you feel at home. You really don’t want for anything since they have given every detail ‘thought’ as though they were the guest staying there. Kudos you two, we are honored to have made your acquaintance. Stay in Palmetto

It is fortunate that the Property Manager was very kind and prompt at responding to a couple of issues that came up. If that hadn't been the case, we may not have stayed there. The unit was very good, but toilet problems were very disruptive. A plumber was called (quickly) to fix, which he did do after the 2nd call. We weren't thrilled with the Palmetto/Bradenton area.
