Disappointing stay in a beautiful home

The owners need to improve the care for the home before it is placed on VRBO or other rental sites. The home itself is beautiful and recently remodeled but it is clear that little effort is done to make the home suitable for rentals. There was personal property left throughout the house, including bras, underwear and kids clothes. The fridge had open, half-used food. There was no home operational manual so we were unable to get the fireplace to turn off or the door to lock. The IPAD was not working so we could not use the "special" features of the house. There were no basic supplies such as papertowels, dish pods or trashbags. To use the jets on the whirlpool you had to email owner. The house had mismatched decorations and a painting was used to block a window where a shade should have been. This home needs a better property manager and a clean up before it is rented again.
