Welcome to our stunning 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom oasis near the Columbia River in East Wenatchee, WA. Our home sleeps 8 comfortably and offers easy access to the Apple Capital Loop Trail. Enjoy Mission Ridge, Lake Chelan or Leavenworth! Or if you prefer staying in you can enjoy the breathtaking Cascade Mountain views or escape to our private backyard, complete with a sparkling heated swimming pool, large hot tub and playhouse. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike!

We traveled with 4 kids under 4 and the place did not disappoint. It was very well stocked with so many essentials, much more than I was expecting. Very cozy, well equipped and great space for kids to run around and play!

The home was very accommodating for our trip to Wenatchee. The kitchen is large and well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and the PAC Man game. Beautiful views of the mountains.

Great views and easy access in, around and out of town.

The kitchen/dining area is amazing! The pool/patio area is starting to show its age but is still pretty great. Plenty of room for our large family.

What a lovely property!! Exactly as promised and filled with thoughtful touches, including basics for cooking, lovely bed and bath linens, and instructions for using the property. Wonderful big home

Our two families loved the closet of games, new hot tub, and gourmet kitchen. It is clean, spacious and nicely laid out. The owner was so helpful and responsive. We will be back!

the only reason for the 4 star on online app was that there was a picture of a cotton candy machine and it was broken.Otherwise, we loved the home. Especially the pool and hot tub. Outdoor tv was great for movie night. Short drive to stores. overall great time with our Daughter and Grandchildren. Carl was a fantastic host. Very assessable. WE would recommend this property to everyone and we plan on staying at this property next year.

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay here- it’s tough to pick a place to stay but this was even better than we expected. Super clean, host was wonderful and replied quickly, big enough for everyone to have their own space while also offering space to all be together. We will definitely visit again soon!

We came into town to see family and do ThanksChristmas. We do Thanksgiving and Christmas all in one day. This home was perfect for the occasion!! The kitchen is huge and flows with the dining room and living room. The host went above and beyond to make sure the home was ready for our family.

Perfect Getaway Spot for Fun, Comfort, and Convenience!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spacious, clean, and well-organized, with everything neatly labeled, which made settling in and finding things so easy. It felt incredibly homey, especially with the charming Christmas decor set up, it really added a warm and festive touch to our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we felt very safe throughout our time there. The location was excellent, just a short 20-30 minute drive to downtown Leavenworth, even with traffic, which made it super convenient for exploring the area. The house is also perfect for group game nights, as there’s a cabinet fully stocked with board games. We loved it so much and I highly recommend it for families or groups looking for a cozy, festive, and convenient getaway!

Early Christmas Celebration

We had planned on celebrating Christmas early with our daughter and family who recently moved to Wenatchee. Sadly a large portion of our group were unable to attend due to having come down with the flu. However, when we arrived we were greeted with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and hints of Christmas through out the house. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is possibly provide some regular sugar for the coffee and tea station. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Family Bachelorette weekend

The house was great! Very spacious, clean, with lots of extras. The pool was fantastic and heated! The owner was very communicative and even brought us more propane when we ran out for the fire pit. The home was new to VRBO and it seemed that they were still in the process of working on some backyard projects but it didn’t really affect us. I would suggest the decking be looking at though, there were some soft spots. But other than that we had a wonderful time. The checkout process was one of the easiest I’ve ever dealt with so we were able to head out the door quickly today. Thank you so much!

My fiancé, my two children and my sister and her husband and I all stayed here at Carl's beautiful home! It really is a treat with the laid back open feel and flow of the house and the outdoor hangout and lounge spots! The views are lovely!!!! Loved the record player Kitchen was so perfect and convenient to cook in. Double oven came in handy! All the beds were so comfortable! BUT the full bed in the first room to the right down the hall... perfection! We all took turns sleeping in it!!! The pool was of course amazing and refreshing. That is what we spent the most of our time doing during this stay! Hot tub and playhouse and rope swing were cool features as well! Love that the big bathroom had an enterance going outside, less mess through the house when coming from pool etc. The shower was such a cool touch too, we all loved it! The location was so private and away from all the chaos yet so close. Absolutely loved it and I will be coming back for sure! Carl was the best host! So responsive and even offered for us to stay longer but work wouldnt allow us to stay unfortunately or we sure would have! Thanks again for letting us spend our 7 day vaca here and opening your home to us!
