Not Beautiful on the inside.

I am a platinum member that most often uses VRBO to house a crew of engineers as they work across the nation. On their behalf I have always provided great reviews looking on the positive side of all VRBO experiences. I too rent out accommodation and understand this is someone’s business and I never want to disrupt the potential of income. But… given the host has had an opportunity to help with reimbursement and has not, and her not recognizing the place as being inadequate, I feel others should be warned. Arriving late, turning on the lights to witness bugs scattering across the floor was not a good start. To then find unclean stained sheets and a mattress that was so stained it was disgusting - and the general ”stickiness” of the place - the team supervisor felt he and his team could not stay and left the same evening. Unable to cancel due to terms of rental, we are waiting for the outcome of a payment dispute.
