Walk a few steps home from the beach each afternoon to toss the day's swimsuits in the new washer/dryer, and marvel at the incredible vista as you whip up a snack in the remodeled kitchen that features new stainless steel appliances and new quartz-top counters. The quartz-top dining table with walnut chairs for four is a great place to gather for mealtime or peak out at the ocean while catching up on your laptop accompanied by the high-speed WiFi.

And after an evening spent watching your streaming favorites on the living room's 55" Roku TV + soundbar, you can retire to one of two bedrooms. The Primary bedroom features a new luxurious Tempurpedic king-size bed and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom. You will love the new auto opening/closing TOTO bidet toilet with a warm seat in the colder months! The 2nd bedroom provides a very comfy queen-size bed, adjacent to the newly remodeled full bathroom offering a tub/shower combination, also with a TOTO bidet toilet.
The ocean beach awaits just steps from the house, allowing you to be among the first on the sand each morning to take long walks, collect seashells, or go boogie boarding. The heart of downtown Rockaway Beach is just over a mile south, where you'll find all sorts of casual eateries, restaurants, sweet shops, and charming boutiques. You'll also be well situated to take scenic drives both up and down the coast, with such attractions as the fishing village of Garibaldi seven miles south and Nehalem Bay and Oswald West State Parks less than 15 miles north.
Our house has recently undergone major high-end updates in the kitchen, both bathrooms and laundry, and the Living Room. Recent upgrades include an all SS kitchen with mostly LG appliances - both the new microwave oven and larger LG cook oven offer built-in air fryers! New vanities and toilets (1 with a bidet!) in the bathrooms, and new quartz countertops throughout the entire house. New Washer/Dryer and sink in laundry room, and new slat paneling with a built-in electric fireplace. We've also added a Universal EV charger with a J1772 plug.

There is 1 portable A/C unit, and 1 portable dehumidifier located in the bedroom closets, and movable as needed.
We recently added a beach deck box with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, kites, kid's sand digging toys, and various other beach-y gear, all for your enjoyment.
Binoculars and a rain umbrella are available for your pleasure!
A universal EV charger is available at $0.20 kWh, which is about 1/2 the cost of the Tillamook Tesla supercharger. (Tesla guests will need to bring their own J1772 adapters.)
This home strictly enforces a no-pet policy (not including verified and registered service animals). As owners, we have dog/cat allergies in our family. Any abuse of this policy will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee along with removal from the property.

The house has a "no shoes on inside house" policy. Please pack your slippers if you are like my wife and me, who get cold toes without something covering them:)
