Spacious and bright Rambla Poblenou Penthouse with lots of room! 3 Bedrooms, Big Living Area, + Huge 70 sq. m. (700 SF) PRIVATE Roof Terrace.
-Centrally located in the lively Poblenou barrio - street life/eateries & just an 8 minute walk to the Beach! Easy access to all of the popular tourist destinations: by Metro/Bike/Car to Gothic Quarter, +-/ 15 minutes away; Sagrada Familia, less than 15/20 minutes; Park, 20-30 minutes.

The space
+/- 100 square meters of interior space: 3 bedrooms; a giant living/dining space, & big eat-in kitchen.

An amazing balcony overlooking the Rambla + a huge 70 Sq. meter private rooftop terrace with bar, dining pergola, & covered seating area. This is one of my personal favorite spaces in the apartment.

NOTE: The interior of the apartment is fully accessible by wheelchair; the apartment itself is one level, and there is an elevator to take you from the street level to the apartment. However, there is a step to go out to the balcony, and you can only access the roof patio via a flight of stairs.
Guest access
You will have access to all rooms of the home, including the fantastic terrace and the balcony. You will be offered plenty of closet and drawer space for your clothes and personal affects, but some of the storage areas are reserved for the owner's private use.

Other things to note:
You will LOVE the location in terms of access to the tourist spots of Barcelona as well as the neighborhood itself, one of the coolest in Barcelona (in my humble opinion, it's the best neighborhood in the city!)
