LA PETITE PENTHOUSE is a jewel-like second-story condo in the Shipyard at the Truman Annex, a gated community located in the very heart of Old Town Key West. You'll be just steps from Mallory Square, Duval Street and all the attractions Key West has to offer. Yet, you'll have all of the peace and quiet that comes with a gated community.

THE LIVING AREA...

The living room of LA PETITE PENTHOUSE has double French doors that open to the balcony so you can enjoy those wonderful tropical breezes, and a large Hi-Def flat screen TV for those evenings when you need a break from the excitement of Old Town. The rear balcony looks out on the lush tropical trees that surround the community pool. Inside, there's a dining table that seats 4, and there is also dining for four on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the most demanding chef, and has a French door to the front balcony.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

• Master Bedroom: Queen bed, flat screen TV and overhead fan.

• Second Bedroom: Two Twins OR One King bed, flat screen TV, and overhead fan.

The shared hall bathroom has a glass shower and stacked washer/dryer.

THE COMMUNITY POOL and FORT ZACHARY TAYLOR STATE PARK...

The community pool is right around the corner from LA PETITE PENTHOUSE, with plenty of chaises. There is a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. Fort Zachary Taylor Park is less than a half mile away, with the prettiest beach in Key West.

Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.

• This property will accommodate up to 4 adults
• Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

Awesome location, could walk to everywhere wanted to be. Lots of good and cool restaurants very close. Property exactly as expected, had everything we needed plus conveniences, and with two decks always a nice place to enjoy relaxing outside.

This was a wonderful stay at La Petit! We didn’t even rent a car because everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. All the food that you would ever want to eat along with music and shopping. Many beaches also within walking distance. There is a front and back porch so you can either be in or out of the sun during the day along with a heated pool during the day. Would definitely stay at this VRBO again.

We stayed at La Petite Penthouse. It was perfect for our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. Close to everything and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Shel was so helpful in addressing all our needs and went above and beyond to help and make us feel special when we encountered a small problem. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Key West. Loved the front and back porches! Nice and clean, liked that there was a washer and dryer. Beds are comfy, shower is nice and hot, even after 3 other people! Great property, greater customer service

The unit is perfectly located and, while being truly "petit", was a good fit for 4 adults. The one hiccup was the AC went down while we were out and about one day. We arrived home about 8pm and discovered the problem. We called the emergency manager phone number and a service person was on location and the unit fixed in a couple of hours so we never were inconvenienced. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Trip!

This unit is lovely! Perfect for two couples or a small family. We loved that it was quiet, but close enough to walk to stores, restaurants and sites. For families, the playground and splashpad down the street are great as is the proximity to the beach. If we come back to Key West in the future, we would definitely stay here again.
