We were in town for a show at Breeze Stevens Field. The location of this property is a perfect 10 minute walk and close to everything you need. The complex is clean, modern, and well kept. The only thing we could say is the thermostat is locked in (understandable), however it was hot weather and we couldn’t go below 70 degrees; we are used to sleeping in lower temps. Not anything that would make us go elsewhere though. Thank you for the lovely experience.
Was in town for UWM parents weekend and wanted something more than a simple hotel room as I was going to be there for nearly a week. The Saddlery for the bill. Location was amazing. Having a kitchenette meant I could fully enjoy the great farmers market that weekend. And the view out my window of the lake was a perfect way to wake up.
Manager was very responsive.
Everything was as stated. TV/media set up would benefit from updating, but it actually didn’t matter as it allowed me to tuck into a book which I haven’t done in forever.
Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I found several things disappointing !! One was how dirty the floor was. I had spilled a little water and I went to wipe it up...the cloth was very soiled after I did so. Another thing, the coffeemaker was rather pathetic. Also, honestly for the price we paid, could we possibly get a full roll of paper towels?
But the MOST annoying and frustrating thing was the door lock. After checking in, we tried to lock the door, but it WOULD NOT lock. We called management and they responded in a fairly timely manner. However, the property manager Sam was very condescending to me, acting like it was really MY problem and MY fault that I couldn't get it to lock, and sometimes to unlock. He played with it for about 20 minutes. First he said it was "the seal" and applied tape around the door, then took it off when that didn't solve the problem.
Next I was told in a variety of ways that it was my inability to do the code correctly or in a timely manner. Various statements, including: "operator error," "you didn't pull the door closed enough," "you used the code too many times," "you did it too soon," and "you have to wait for the click," were made. I told Sam that "I'm not brainless...it's not like I'm trying to break into Fort Knox or something." And it's not like I've never used a keypad to open doors before.
Sam finally left, saying everything was fixed. Honestly it wasn't . There were times we couldn't get in and had to play with the lock.
Anyway, that's my story.
