We rented a golf cart and drove to the beach which was only a couple minutes away. Minus the next door neighbors having a party on back porch, while trying to fish and relax, the house is perfect.

The house was completely clean and with all you can ask for a weekend stay. We didn't walk to the beach, we used the car with the 3 kids and parking is free. I wasn't a fan of the beach because all the cars parked on the sand.

Wonderful Stay on the Water

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house offers all the amenities one might desire as well as so much more. The view from the deck is stunning and the available dock for your boat directly in front of the home is an extra bonus. The pools, pickle ball court/basketball court, and club house activities offer so much for a family to do. The proximity of the house to the beach and Port Aransas is also great. We will be back very soon!

The rug in the primary room was sandy and the sheets were not clean in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The house was in a great location, the pool was clean and very enjoyable, the pickle ball court was a fun extra activity, and we could walk to a beautiful and peaceful spot on the beach. A few things to note, that may be out of your control: we couldn’t get into the property until 4:30 (I know isn’t a big deal, but we had driven a long way) and the fridge didn’t cool quickly and smelt like fish.

Reviewer Comments: We were willing to work with mngt around the fridge that had stopped working, but we were frustrated with a unit supplied with barebones, and neither the owner nor management jumped to make it right. There was no drip coffee maker, or pods provided, no hotpads, knifes, cutting board, bottle opener or firestarter, making our attempts to cook very difficult. We brought a lot of food, even spices salt/pepper and oil assuming little would be provided, but I didn't realize I needed to also bring all kitchen supplies. Pots, pans, dishes were small and bare essentials. We were already trying to make do with no fridge and very frustrated with a unit so poorly setup.

Good location with a few problems

Property location was great. Nice and clean. Fridge didn’t work properly when we arrived but started to about half way through our stay. Lots of bugs which kept us on the lookout as we had a 8 month old with us but hey…it’s the coast. Overall a good place to stay

Bay view & boat slip

It was so nice to have this property right on the water with access to our own boat slip. We had a house full with 3 adults and 4 teenagers. Some more of our family stayed a few doors down, and the cousins enjoyed being able to access each other’s decks and fish together at night. The clubhouse & pool were also big hits. Our girls won the Kokomo Yacht Club Karaoke Contest!
