Vacation 2026 Summer

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: found that the property did not fully meet our expectations. The main large burner on the stove was not working, and there was no grill available, We also experienced a safety concern when a dish towel prior to our stay left under the range hood caught fire, but the smoke/fire alarms did not activate.The kitchen pots and pans could use updating (non-stick), and the wicker chairs in the living room are outdated and uncomfortable. The upstairs bathroom sink drained slowly, and the shower would benefit from renovation as well. The upstairs TV had no signal. The dryer lint trap had not been cleaned in a long time (fire hazard).On the positive side, the beach is very close and an easy walk from the unit, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. While the location was excellent, the unit itself needs several maintenance and safety improvements to provide a better guest experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pine Knoll Shores is a great location for a beach trip.
