This place is in East Houston.. neighborhood was horrible.. Police everywhere, drug busts, homeless folks, run-down neighborhood. We also had the misfortune of having four people stay in the upstairs apartment, and with the wood floors, every little noise is heard. They were partying till late at night and coming in slamming doors, jumping on the floor, etc. All while my daughter was studying for her bar exam. The property itself is good, with exception of the floors above that don't have any sound barrier. There were other things like you having to take out the trash to the street on trash day. In the end, it's my fault for not doing better research about the location of this property. Management was fine, very quick to respond to my concerns, but nevertheless, not a good experience. Despite all the issues, my daughter passed her bar!
