amazing location, private hot tub was so nice!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful place, modern, well lit, well setup kitchen, spacious, good wifi and the private hot tub and radiant heat floors in the bathroom were so nice! As close to the mtn as possible and with a bus stop on property and cute bakery / liquor store in the building. Host was very helpful and instructions very clear. Local coffee in unit was a nice touch.

New Year's Ski holiday

Fully stalked kitchen. Made cooking and enjoying family meals easy. Set up of the unit was ideal. And cleanliness was top notch.(Only things missing are a barbeque and a fireplace...that would be nice.)

Perfect spot for a ski trip

This was the perfect home base for our small group ski trip. It's not exactly close to downtown Revelstoke, but it's VERY close to the mountain, and it's an easy enough drive into town. The building is almost brand new still. It's quiet, clean stylish, hard to ask for more. I dropped one star for the neighborhood as there was active construction going on all week. It wasn't loud or disruptive, just ruined the view a bit. I'd definitely come back.

Not being able to leave the parking garage because the garage door maintenance on Jan 2 ruined our plans for the day. After the fact, i found an email in my spam folder to check vrbo messages for the notification. there should have been notices placed in elevators and in conspicuous places instead of relying on messages through vrbo, or better yet a straight up text message of the maintenance would have been more direct.

Hi Vincent, Thank you for your review. As mentioned in our listing, Stay Revy does not manage the Mackenzie Village Development. The Strata had placed signs in the elevators, on the building's front doors, as well as one with a large arrow above it for 5 days by the garage door. All communication to our guests is through the booking platform, unless otherwise stated by you, the guest. We would appreciate the opportunity to hear a review of the property, not the Strata management.
