Secluded quiet country living on a beautiful 35 acre farm just minutes from the town of Smyrna and Dover area. Private and separate studio apartment that is designed for that perfect getaway! Welcome! Across from Bombay Hook Wildlife Refuge where there is plenty of sightseeing, hiking, or birdwatching...the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Close to Big Oak county park and literally down the road from Woodland Beach. Absolutely stunning view to wake up to every morning. Quiet, peaceful, safe and relaxing farm environment. Full washer and dryer provided. Fios high-speed internet available. Non-smoking only please. Must like barn cats!
