Immerse yourself in the waterfront lifestyle by enjoying a private oversized dock equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, and rafts – or feel free to bring your own boat! Inside - you will have a large gourmet kitchen, three balconies with water views, large bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and spacious living areas!

Guest Access:

Parking for up to 5 vehicles depending on size. This house is located directly off of N. Lumina Ave and is a block from the beach.



Other Things to Note:

1. *Please notify our office if you plan to bring your boat.*

2. Elevator is reliable but not guaranteed.

3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

5. **All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals. $200/per dog for any non-service animal coming to stay (2 pet limit).

Perfect Location

We had such a relaxing few days in Wrightville Beach! This home was stunning! The location was perfect! Close to everything, such a quick walk right across the road to the beach! Quiet and lovely! We watched the most beautiful sunsets right on the deck and the private dock. The home was so clean, decorated perfectly and cozy! It was just my husband and I but it is perfect for large groups! We will absolutely be back next spring with our family! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!
