Beautiful, remodeled 3 BR home with stunning great room addition, 20' x 20' screened, covered porch with newly added outdoor deck allows you to BBQ on a propane weber grill while you socialize. A marbled wall entrance with compass rose floor inlay greets your arrival. Six ceiling fans grace cathedral and standard ceilings, providing an airy retreat. Screened in porch with couch, glass top dining table and eight cushioned chairs provides relaxation. Three full baths are remodeled with marble walls and floors. Three bedrooms with two King beds and one double. Trundle bed in separate, semi-private area opens to two twin beds. Sleeps 8 with current beds and up to 10 with the Queen air mattress provided by homeowner. Linens (sheets, towels), fresh bars of soap, paper towels, TP, dish soap, etc are provided to ensure you enjoy your time in Annapolis and you don't need to run to the store for staples.

Three HDTVs, DVD player, surround sound and wifi are some of the amenities. Two HVAC units allow you to adjust temperature to your comfort.

Well behaved, house broken, adult dogs are considered for a $180 non refundable pet / cleaning fee. Certain breeds or chewers may not be approved. Please contact homeowner to discuss pets. No cats, please! :) Anchorage Community about 2 miles from USNA Stadium and walking distance to Bay Ridge views.

Amazing home!!

A group of girlfriends and I stayed at this home for a girls weekend getaway and absolutely loved this home!! The open space and beautiful screened in porch made for just an amazing experience. The owner was incredibly kind and you can see the pride she takes in her home. We would absolutely recommend this home!!!

Beautiful Home

Eight of our family members stayed here recently for commissioning week. This home is beautiful, immaculate, bright and airy. It is located in a wonderful neighborhood that is perfect for taking a walk or for going on a run. The home is very well appointed and the owner "thought of everything", to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable!! The screened in porch is just lovely, and is the perfect place for entertaining or for simply relaxing. We had a very positive experience and definitely recommend to others!

Commissioning Week Stay

We had a very nice, comfortable stay. The neighborhood was picturesque, quiet, and friendly. Beautiful opportunity for walks or jogging. The house was wonderful. Plenty of room to spread out and relax, and plenty of beds to accommodate everyone in our group. The screened-in porch and adjoining living room provided the perfect setting for socializing and entertaining. All amenities were included for a home away from home experience. Barbecue grill, coolers, chairs, music, and even a hammock make the stay pleasant. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, Internet access, and plenty of parking. Even though we are unlikely to have another Midshipman, we would strongly consider coming back for just a regular vacation. Totally convenient location for access to Baltimore, DC, Eastern Shore, and all that Annapolis itself has to offer. We'll be back!!

The home is primarily rented for USNA Commissioning Week or parents weekend and seeking a Mid's family who will treat my home as their own and with respect, while enjoying the amenities the home and Annapolis area offer.

This home has been rented several times for USNA Commissioning week and parent's weekend. References are available upon request.

I do own a dog (labrador,) which is important to know for those who may have allergies. However, my home is primarily wood floors with ceramic in the lower level. It is kept spotless and dust free! 301-523-6380

Step out of the covered, screened porch onto an outdoor deck with gas grill.
