Newly built Luxurious Ski-In/Out Fairbank Lodge Condo on Cranmore Mountain

Justin, I appreciate your review. That being said, some clarification is warranted. Prior to your stay, you were emailed detailed arrival instructions with pictures showing exactly where the lockbox is located. Those instructions also explain how and where to use the fob for both the elevator and condo door, including pictures of me physically holding the fob in the correct location. There is even a sticker on the elevator keypad showing where to place it. At no point did I receive any communication from you indicating you were having trouble finding anything, using the fob, accessing the building, or experiencing any other issue. No messages through the app and no phone calls. I’m always available to help, but unfortunately I can’t fix problems I’m never told exist. Hearing about them for the first time in a public review is frustrating. As for the water pressure, I don’t control the building’s water pressure, nor do the owners of the other 14 units. The upstairs hot water issue has also never been reported, but now that I actually know about it, I can look into it. Lastly, I apologize that the curtains weren’t adequate enough to sleep in. Unfortunately, the blackout curtains were out of stock. I’m glad that, despite these hardships, you found the property very nice. In the future, a quick message to your host generally works better than mentioning easily addressed concerns for the first time after checkout.

Thanks for the review. Really wish you would have contacted me during your stay so I could have helped. There’s no instructions for the soundbar. Just typical volume up and down on the remote. If it wasn’t working then it may have needed a power cycle. As for the AC, if you want it cooler lower the temperature, if you want it warmer, raise the temperature.
