About this property

Just listed in 2024! Nothing but 5 star reviews on that "other" travel website. 7 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3 Kings, Roughly 4,000 sq ft of outdoor living area. These two homes sit on 18 acres, & have tons of parking. There is a optional "Wedding Barn" available for events (see rules for pricing), between the two houses. Make Smores around the outdoor fire pit, play Pickleball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Volleyball, and more! The main house is roughly 2450 sq ft, & the ranch house is 1800. The main house is for a guest count of 10 or less. The ranch house is available for groups of 11 or more. Tons of space. The twin beds are roll around twins, that are actually quite comfortable. The property is gated and in a beautiful setting. This is a working horse ranch, and a ranch hand is there daily taking care of the animals.

This ranch is out in the country on 18 acres, and we do have critters and snakes on the property, although we seldom see them! No pets allowed.

Incredible Weekend!

Such a wonderful place for family and friends to get together! We had a surprise graduation gathering for my daughter and everyone loved the place and the various activities. The horses and mini donkeys were so sweet! The place is spacious, well-maintained, and so peaceful!!! I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Oh Wow!!

Amazing. We stayed with a group of church leaders for a conference in Dallas. A bit of a drive into the city but oh so worth it! A great place to get away from the noise and be able to relax and talk. It is beautiful, peaceful, and just perfect!

Great time!

We loved our stay! We rented it out for a party and really enjoyed every minute. It was nice to have the two houses to spread out and the accommodations were fantastic. Very comfortable with lots of fun things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Was exactly on the spot for what we needed, activity for both indoor and outdoor, no matter what the weather, lots of space in nature to enjoy as well as sunset, and sunrise. Absolutely would stay again.

What a dream!

My husband and I brought our baby to this beautiful property for a short getaway. The grounds were emaculate and the whole inside was very clean! I’m usually weird about staying in places that aren’t my own but we felt very comfortable here. The place is massive and can fit a very large group, I’d love to come back and have us bring both sides of our family!!! The big thing is it isn’t far from town so we could get groceries and stock up on what we need. Paul was super responsive to my requests and questions. They’ve already got me dreaming up our next trip to Texas!!
