Welcome to Kayenta Peaks, hosted by InvitedHome. This home is in the idyllic heart of Mountain Village Core, with views of the Misty Maiden run. Ski out right from the back door, then ski in after a long day to slip into the hot tub on the deck to wind down. Pop over to Tomboy Tavern for cocktails and American fare, or meander through the Core to explore shopping and ample restaurant options. Back home, relax in the main lofted living area nestled by the stoic wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the San Joaquin Mountain Range. With four bedrooms all with ensuites, this condo is great for family vacations or friend getaways, with a multi-level layout perfect for privacy and comfort. This condo is a true gem in the heart of all of the action Telluride has to offer.

WHAT WE LOVE
- Walking out your front door into the core of Mountain Village.
- Stepping out, strapping in, and riding until the lifts close at this ski-in/ski-out condo.
- Soaking in the private hot tub on the deck after a long day on the slopes.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- Although you'll be steps away from the gondola, you may hear it running when you're not on the slopes.
- The guest bedroom can be arranged as a king bed or 2 twin beds, please let us know which you would prefer prior to your arrival.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

Great Location and Access to Slopes and Mountain Village!

Wonderful location, we have stayed in Mountain Village numerous times and this is our new favorite condo. Just one flight of stairs out the back door and your are slopeslide and can easily get to lift 4 or 10. Easy access to unload when you get there, beds were comfortable and kitchen was very usuable.

Ski Home

The alpine skiers loved skiing in and out. The Nordic skier had a great experience from Telluride. The condo was clean, comfortable and cozy. It was home complete with family pasta dinners at the farm table. We enjoyed being right in the middle of the gondola, lifts, rentals and lessons. To top it off, the jacuzzi felt great at the end of the day.

Location was excellent. Blues and Brew Festival was excellent. Great fun and transportation, gondola, was perfect to take every day downtown Telluride to festival. Quick and easy access Gondola the other direction took you to a well stocked grocery store and parking garage for overflow. Views outstanding!!! During this stay at Mt Village did not have restaurants open late enough - this was the only downside.

Perfect True “Ski in and Ski out” Family Home

Grab your skis from the lower level ski locker and click in for a two second glide to Village Express lift. 2 minute walk to gondola to Telluride to experience the town restaurants and shops. The layout is perfect to share with two families. The open kitchen living room area is great for everyone to hang out in. Comfy beds and linens and lots of bathrooms - no line waiting here! Much bigger than the pictures show. One step out to the hot tub where you have a great view of the skiers and views. Our best rental yet! We will be back!

Very nice home but poor outside deck and stair conditions.

When we were packed up and leaving, a cleaning crew came in at 10:00 am and started cleaning the hot tub and shoveling off the decks. During my stay, all three decks were covered in snow and the back two deck were unusable. The staircase to the ski locker was not cleaned until I texted and a person did a very minimal job and the stairs were unsafe. We were at the condo at 10:00 am our first day waiting for a cleaning crew which finally came but we never saw anyone service the hot tub before we moved in. The hot tub became very dirty and unusable. The home and location were great but we sure wish we would have gotten the same treatment as the guest coming in after us.

Location, location!

This condo was the perfect place for our family (parents and college-aged through elementary-aged children) to spend our ski vacation! My kids actually said it was the best place we had stayed for a ski trip before and we have skied in multiple other locations. Everyone had their privacy but there was also ample space for being together for meals and leisure. I wanted a location convenient to ski school and this place was IT! Out the door and a few steps down a small hill and we were able to drop off the young one each morning and collect him easily again when he was through! The hot tub on the porch looks out over the Village Express lift and made for a lot of entertainment each afternoon as people came down the slopes. The proximity to the Mountain Village Center was unparalleled and when we wanted to Go down to Telluride we just had a two minute walk to the free gondola. We were able to duck into the condo during the day easily and then get back out to the runs. The condo was clean and the storage closet for keeping skis was super convenient! Our youngest wanted to sled and once the lifts closed, he could sled to his heart’s content just outside the door to the unit. My husband already wants to book it for next year! Invited Home was great for communicating both before and during our stay. They sent recommendations for groceries, restaurants and logistics. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This place needs some TLC

No trash cans in the bathrooms. Cobwebs everywhere. Black Hair on the master bath rugs. Non stick pan in the Kitchen was all scratched up. They need to add more sizes of Non stick pans. Ice machine would not disperse the ice. The cleaning bill was outrageous!

Wonderful location and Property

This property was a perfect size and the location was even better than we expected! The tall windows and open space provide such a beautiful view of the mountains by day and night. We enjoyed watching the ski staff prepare for their day in the mornings and looking out over the village at night. The property managers were always happy to help and answer any questions we had. It was a perfect winter wonderland getaway and a valued time with our family before the COVID-19 crisis began! Thanks for the great memories. Perfect location

This was the second time we rented this condo... it has the best location in Mountain Village and is very comfortable for 8 people. Kitchen is stocked well and the grill was clean and worked great. We would rent it again. Only suggestions: Need a few more kitchen towels, and the hot tub was not hot enough even tho it said 104 degrees.

Good location, plenty of space. Downsides are lack of ventilation (which makes for extremely stuffy, warm nights in the summer) and a pretty ridiculous cleaning fee.

Amazing condo and phenomenal location

My wife and I lucked out and snared an extra week of spring skiing. We also lucked out with Kayenta #5. What a beautiful and comfortable condo. Top it off with probably the best position in the Mountain Village and easy ski in ski out access. Next trip back we'll bring the kids as the condo would be perfect for families. Thanks!

Fully stocked, top end applicances/electronics, and awesome location

Sometimes rental condos are scantily equipped and have either old or bottom of the wrung appliances and electronics. Not so with this place! As we were barbecuing (on a new and clean Weber grill), we were able to find a brush for the marinade. Just one of several examples of how well stocked the condo was. Location is great - it takes all of 5 minutes to walk to the gondola, which takes you to the town of Telluride. Be aware that the loft bedroom does get hot in the summer and there are no windows on its level to vent. A fan would do a lot of good upstairs - however, there was only a small 3'' fan provided.

PERFECT SKI VACATION!

Our family just got back from our annual ski vacation. We absolutely loved the place. The location was awesome and the unit was great! There were 8 of us and there was plenty of space for all! We cooked everynight in the well equipped kitchen. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to go back again!
