2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, furnished condominium located in Wellen Park Golf & Country Club. It has fantastic third-floor views of 1st and 10th holes. The unit has dedicated carport parking and storage unit. Just 200 yards to Amenities include large Resort Style Pool, Pickle Ball Courts, Tennis Courts, Complete Fitness Center, Golf Pro Shop and Tiki Bar on property. Very close to the Atlanta Braves spring training facility, downtown Wellen Park with restaurants and shopping. There is a Security Gate access ($150 fee) and optional transferable Golf Membership ($300 fee) associated with the unit. $30.00 per person per round with cart. The unit is accessed via elevator or stairs.

Great place to stay

Condo was in excellent condition. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and condo was very clean. Owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Wellen Park is an amazing place with great amenities. The golf was good and the resort pool was fabulous. We will stay again!

Perfect stay

We have been spending the month of February in Florida the last few years and this has definitely been the best time we have experienced. The condo was extremely nice and the location was perfect. Close to many restaurants and close to 3 different beaches. Will definitely be coming back here.

This condo has an excellent location - overlooking the 10th and 1st tee boxes of the Wellen Park Golf and Country Club. It's within walking distance of the pro shop, the exercise facility, the pool/hot tub, and pickleball/tennis courts. The unit is nicely furnished, beds and living room furniture are very comfortable. Golf privileges are included (for a fee) and essential if you intend to play at WPG&CC. The kitchen is adequately outfitted. The coffee pot and toaster could use an upgrade.Heating and A/C work well and have simple controls. Water pressure fluctuates quite a bit without warning.Overall, the unit is quite nice for a vacation/getaway.One major caveat: The cleaner showed up at 9 AM for our 11 AM checkout. He accused us of being lazy and not getting out on time. Then, he pointed out that he carried a 9mm Glock holstered on his right hip and had another handgun in his left pocket. Threatened and bullied was not how I envisioned ending my vacation.

Absolutely loved my stay at this Wellen Park condo! Rich was a great host and the unit is so clean, fully stocked with everything you would need and more! Beautiful views of the golf course, close to beaches, entertainment and Restaurants/grocery stores. Would stay here every time when visiting the area.
