Cozy New Apt w Dishwasher - DISCOUNTS for 2+weeks
Le Bleu Marin is a cozy & moody apartment in the Melrose neighborhood. When entering the suite through the side door, guests will follow the stairs down into the living room. On the left, there is the spacious living room with a fireplace & 55" TV. On the right, guests will find the open-concept kitchen area and secondary bedroom.
The home also boats a 4 piece bathroom with a washer and dryer, as well as a master bedroom with a large closet. The small desk & high speed internet is ideal for guests looking to work remotely. The home is minutes away Foodland, Tim Hortons, local schools, the Sportsplex and the Timmins Square shopping centre. There are many walking trails nearby as well as access to the Mattagami River.

Guests have access to the entire apartment during the stay. The only shared space is the driveway, shared with the upstairs tenant, as well as the neighbour.
Melrose is a safe, friendly neighborhood nearby many amenities. Guests can easily walk to the local Tim Hortons, convenience store and Foodland. A few minutes away by car, guests will find local schools, sportsplex, shopping mall and the airport is approximately 15 minutes away.
There are also many walking trails nearby and access to the Mattagami River.
Entry to the suite is through the side door of the home.
Guests have access to two back-to-front parking spaces during their stay, on the left side of the driveway.
In winter months, a contractor has been hired for snow removal. Guests are asked to move their vehicles when necessary to allow them to clear the driveway.
We take great pride in Le Bleu Marin, and to ensure future guests can continue to enjoy the space we ask that you abide to the following rules. Failure to comply may result in penalties.
1) Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking/vaping is permitted outside, and cigarette butts must be disposed in proper receptacles (not thrown on ground).
2) Guests are asked to avoid excessive noise after 10pm and before 7am to respect the upstairs tenant as well as neighbours.
3) This home is not suitable for large gatherings or events, and the property's total capacity is 4 for sleeping.
Upon checking out, guests are asked to start the dishwasher to ensure all used dishes are cleaned.
