About this property
Grandmas House
This very old and very new little house was built in 1928 and this year it was gutted and made over from the floors up. New heat and air, tankless water heater, insulation and fresh new almost everything! Juxtaposition to the vintage furnishings, cozy sofas, and my own mothers paintings. Some she painted herself and others were part of her collection by artist she knew and had close relationships with. The Marriage of the Spirits
was one of a few works of local artist Barbara Bartholic. This home is a tribute to my mother and artist Pamela Van Dyke Crosby. Tulsa celebrity and Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame inductee. It is really comfortable with the half bath off the entry, Smart TV's in bedrooms, 65 inch TV in living area. Green space with outdoor furniture and lighting. Close to so many attractions and funky little neighborhoods. Urban vibe with the comforts of grandmas house.
