Thank you for allowing us to host your stay. Please place trash in garbage can by the garage doors, leave the beds you used unmade, and place the used bathroom linens in the bathtub.
Dirty dishes can be left in the dishwaher or if possible start the dishwasher before you leave. Also please turn the thermostat to cool 76 in warmer months and heat to 60 degrees in cooler months.

Gene was a great host. The home was in a great neighborhood, and it was very comfortable and clean. i especially liked the gas fireplace on the cold Winter evening. I would definitely recommend this home and would book again.

We arrived ro the home around 10pm. There was no lighting on front porch and the porch was covered with leaves. We were surprised to see the 3rd bedroom was upstairs away from everything. The bathroom was small and needed to be updated.

As you can tell from our other reviews, we strive to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience, and I appreciate you pointing out areas for improvement. In the future, please reach out to us directly so we can address any concerns during your stay. • 🌿 The camera at the front door, is supposed to have lighting activated as you approach. We are inspecting this issue to ensure it is working properly. Fortunately or not, during the fall, the colors of the leaves are beautiful, but keeping up with the falling leaves can be a challenge. We have reached out to our crew to schedule more frequent cleanings to keep it clear of leaves—especially for late arrivals. • 🛏️ The third bedroom is located upstairs to offer additional privacy, but I understand that layout preferences vary and we have tried to make this clear in our listing that the third bedroom is upstairs. • 🚿 As for the bathroom, it is cozy, and we have tried to maintain the charm of the 1940's bungalow style of the home, but we’re actively exploring updates to enhance its functionality and style. Your comments help us improve, and we’re grateful you took the time to share them.
