This house fit our needs perfectly! The yard was great for the dogs to run around freely in and well kept. The house had everything we could need for a few days stay. The beds were a bit on the harder side for us personally but that would not deter us from staying again. The area is quiet yet still close to food, shops and the highway. We would definitely book with Tyler again!

Very nice house and very comfortable. I hope if we go back next year we can get it again. It was convenient to everything. The back porch was wonderful. I would recommend this hous.

This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again.

Home was in a nice neighborhood conveniently located next to highway and amenities. It also was equipped with pretty much everything we needed for an extended stay (1 week). The home does, however, need some TLC and may not be up to everyone’s standards but for us it was perfectly fine looking past some of the imperfections.

I have some negative stuff & some good stuff to share. For the price, I would have expected the dishwasher to be emptied, laundry done and no garbage from previous visitors. But it wasn’t that way. I had to turn over laundry so we had clean towels and empty the dishwasher. The garbage can had old garbage in it. There were no extra sheets, pillow cases or blankets where we could find them. There were also no wash cloths or small hand towels. The master bed felt like it was going to break. Very wobbly and loose. Overall the house was comfortable and pet friendly. Amazing spot if you have dogs! Backyard was fun but does have a lot of poison ivy so if you are not aware what it looks like, get familiar with it. Very close to everything, safe quiet neighborhood. I think the price point should be lowered unless they add a few upgrades and for sure make it presentable upon arrival.

We had a great time! The house is conveniently located pretty equidistant between Newport and Providence. It's a bit bare bones (bring the basics - shampoo, conditioner, coffee, snacks, etc.), but was a great home base for our trip. The place was clean and comfortable, and Tyler was responsive each time we reached out. Also had some very cute restaurants nearby, as well as groceries, drugstores, and more.
