Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cabin located directly on ATV trail. Unplug and and enjoy epic family fun mtn biking, hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing at Levis Mound just a few miles away and Bruce Mound just 1/4 mile away. The Black River and Lake Arbutus are nearby too with great fishing, swimming, and boating opportunities. The outdoor space has modest front and back deck and a awesome fire pit for outdoor relaxing.

There is a queen bed in the bedroom and open concept sleeping with a bunk system and pull out couch. There is a full kitchen and large bathroom.

The whole cabin is accessible to you with no shared space along with the two acres it sits on.
