Beautiful newly renovated home that will accommodate 10 guests. This home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious living room.
The Cozy Corner is located on the east side of town minutes to everything, including Novelis, Nine Mile Point, Fitzpatrick Power plants, and Oswego Speedway, and let's not forget incredible lake sunsets just to name a few. Shopping centers, dining, and downtown Oswego just minutes away. SUNY Oswego is 6 minutes west.
The space
The Cozy Corner 3-bedroom one bath open concept ranch in Oswego built in 2009, just minutes from the city center and waterfront. Convenience store and breakfast diner are just a few blocks away. Home features Free WiFi, Smart TV, extra bedding, 1 full bathroom, full kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, gas range with Air Fryer, dining room, chest freezer and washer/dryer.

Other things to note
As seen in the pictures, the front stairs are a little steep. Guest could use sidewalk and cut across lawn to access backside of porch for easier access.
There are three Ring security cameras located on the property. They are located on the front door, the front porch facing the driveway and the back porch.

4 childhood friends on a annual fishing trip for Fathers day. Amazing property, Fantastic communication from owners, the property is absolutely spotless, close to harbor, restaurants.
