Welcome to Destin West Gulfside #304. This a spacious 2BR/2BA condo is within the Destin West Gulfside complex of Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. This beautiful condo features a king and twin rollaway bed in the master bedroom, a full in the guest bedroom, a bonus bunk area with a twin over full bunk, and a living room sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. When you're not enjoying the beach, relax on the private balcony overlooking the pool with views of the gulf. Come see why Destin West Gulfside #304 is a family favorite.

At Destin West you can enjoy extreme water fun in the 5000 square foot pool with a kiddie area, a 700-foot Lazy River, heated pool with waterfall, or one of two hot tubs. The Heron building boasts its own bayside pool that is heated year-round! Enjoy your view of the Choctawhatchee Bay, while the kids enjoy the lazy river. Cross over the sky bridge to the Gulf beaches without worrying about traffic. The beachside also has a state-of-the-art fitness center right on the beach. Charcoal grills and picnic tables on both the bayside and beachside make grilling out inviting and fun.

We love Destin West. This unit is a little dated but we could see that from the photos. It was a comfortable fit our family of four.We did have a last minute schedule issue but the reality company was very nice to work with us.

Camp getaway

Condo was nice. The floors were still dirty from previous tenants. Nothing on the owners. Loved the ocean views and overlooking the pool. Easy to get in and out. We have stayed multiple times at Destin West Beach and Bay, we have loved our stay everytime. Great communication with the rental group, even gave us a phone number if we had an emergency. Highly recommend, great getaway!

Great location… but a lot of broken and dirty things throughout the whole place…BROKEN: cabinet doors, outlet covers, elevators, chairs outside on patio, bulkbed… DIRTY:long hairs everywhere, finger prints on walls, previous people’s stuff under the beds, dishes, laundry soap dispenser part was nasty. They did provide a air mattress but who wants to sleep on a air mattress while on vacation in Florida… overall the trip was good but maybe I expected more from a gulf side resort that we paid thousands to stay at…

Great location

We loved this place. We love Destin west. We have stayed here many times. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere. Check in was easy. There was a small mix up with getting access to the fitness center and it took an hour or two to resolve, but once resolved, it was smooth. The toaster oven didn’t work, but it was no big deal. The pictures made it look like the unit had a bunk room, as in an actual room with a door, but it was just a space, not actually a room. But it was ok for my teen and her friends. We would stay here again and would recommend it!

No beach service , AD was not clear, cost us 50 a day! condo dated, pots pans horrible , nothing extra ( pot holder). Cookie sheet, one kitchen towel provided, no dish drainer .. bath shower clogged , TVS awful. Could buy cheap smart TV … bath fan barely worked , no rugs for wiping feet (sand). Not worth the cost when we have stayed at Destin west many times for less money and way more included!!I will never rent with Emerald Coast again.

To clarify, beach service isn’t included in our nightly rate and is offered by an outside company, but I can see how the listing could have been clearer about that extra cost. I’m updating the check-in instructions to include contact information for the beach service company, so future guests know exactly what to expect. We’re also going through the condo and replacing/upgrading so everything’s working well and feels more up to date. I truly appreciate you pointing these things out — it helps us improve. I’m sorry we missed the mark for you this time and that you left feeling disappointed.
