The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, this Condo/Hotel connects to the MGM Grand by a covered walkway and is a short walk from the monorail station. Starbucks in Tower 1 and Delights Cafe in Tower 2 is your spot for breakfast, lunch or a light dinner. FREE VALET PARKING for all guests at the Signature MGM!

The Space:Escape to your 550 sq ft suite and experience sweeping views of the strip, kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, dishwasher, entertainment center including a flat screen TV, pool and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air conditioned, with free WiFi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.Guest Access:All swimming pools including the MGM Grand Pool (subject to hotel's pool schedule and seasons). The front desk staff at Signature MGM will be happy to check-in our guests 24/7. You will receive your keys at the front desk.
You can have cleaning for $30/day for as many days as you want. Also due to Covid and cleanliness, the utensils (pots, pans, plates, cutlery) are not in the room, just call front desk to get fresh ones delivered to your room free of charge.

Currently cleaning is only on checkout day, but you can call front desk and ask them to clean whenever you want for $30/day extra payable directly to the resort. Cleaning includes making up of bed, fresh towels/linens, new soap/shampoo.

You can always call front desk if you just need extra towels/shampoo/soap, provided complimentary. You can also get complimentary linens if you want to change them yourself.
