Beautifully furnished three bedroom, three full bath condominium located on the 11th floor of the Regatta with Spectacular views of Vanderbilt Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and Sanibel Island to the North from the screened lanai. The Regatta is a gated community and is situated on Vanderbilt Bay across from the Ritz- Carlton and is a short stroll to the pristine white sandy beaches. The gated community offers a gorgeous lagoon pool with waterfall feature, a lap pool overlooking the bay, full clubhouse with barbecue, fitness Center and a spa hot tub.

The condo's completely furnished with Tommy Bahama Style furniture and includes four televisions, cable, phone and internet service. Unique to this condo is an Enclosed Garage Space which adds lots of extra storage space and the opportunity to have use of a Large Boat Slip and lift with long term rental. Within a short walking distance is Vanderbilt Beach, the Ritz-Carlton, the La Playa Hotel, shopping, restaurants and the Silver Spot Cinema. Downtown Naples with 5th Ave and 3rd Streets is only a ten minute drive south.

Please be advised that during high season a minimum of one month rental is required. Month consists of first of the month to last day of the month. Mid-month to mid-month rentals will not be considered.
