Our family of 28 people from the ages of 6 to 71 had an amazing time. The pool, slide and hot tub were especially enjoyed. When the issue that ones of the bedroom doors would not stay closed, the owner quickly responded and a repair was immediately made. We highly recommend this rental.

The house was a perfect place for a high school grad celebration. 16 grads and 6-10 adults. There was tons of space-the pool, hot tub,yard for cornhole, basketball court for games, two living rooms with tvs to watch NBA championship and Stanley cup, pickleball and community pool! The beds were sooooo comfortable. Communication with Michael, the host, was easy and he was quick to respond back with answers to our questions.

A wonderful stay

We have stayed at Bear Lake 3 times and this property is wonderful. It has a beautiful view of the lake. It is new and clean and has a great pool and spa. And it is close to pickle ball courts.

It was super fun we had our family that ranged from 84 to 7 months. It was great for everyone. The teens love the hot tub everyone loved the gym area. We went in the winter so the pool wasn't open but looked fun and the area is set up great. Can't say enough about how well we liked it. Micheal was very on top of things if we had any question.

Excellent property and great host

We had a wonderful time with our extended family group of 23 kids and adults. The house and pool had so much to keep us busy that we rarely ventured out elsewhere. Our host was very responsive to every question we had and overall it was a terrific stay.

AMAZING views. We loved the decks overlooking the lake & pool, which was the perfect temp. Fun slide & oversized hot tub. Kids LOVED the indoor slide too. The kitchen was fully stocked--it had way more in it than the listing mentions. There's a crockpot, an instant pot, two electric griddles, a coffee maker, a stand mixer, plenty of pots and pans, etc. Add double-ovens, two microwaves, two dishwashers, and three fridges (one in the pantry, one in the garage), and it was easy to feed a crowd.Bathrooms galore! Space to spread out!Great house but I wish I'd known: - The upper younger kids bunk room sleeps 4 between one bunk bed, one loft bed, and one toddler bed. We had planned to put 5 kids there & had to reconfigure. This room is RIGHT next to the kitchen, which was where people congregated at night, making putting kids to bed tough.- The middle level kids bunk room isn't a room e.g. there is no door. It is open to the hallway, again making it difficult to put kids to bed here.- Both the large bunk rooms had 4 sets of bunk beds and four twin mattresses, one under each bunk bed. So while they sleep 12 each, 4 of those people are on twin mattresses, and the rooms were very crowded with those pulled out.- There is beach access with a shallow area great for kids to play in. No boat docks--we waded out several hundred feet.The main areas of the house were clean, but there were dust bunnies under all the beds and other areas needing attention. All in all, I'd stay again

Spacious, organized, family friendly!We had a dozen adults and a dozen children at this house and it worked perfectly! Location is fantastic, pool and hot tub were a lot of fun, and there are a variety of bedrooms and sleeping locations for every age group and family size. The kitchen was large and equipped enough for a large group, and there was enough space in every room to accommodate everything we wanted to do!100% recommended for a large and busy group

Fantastic visit

Wonderful facility! Our family of 19 thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We had 9 adults and 10 children between 3 and 14. There was something for everyone. And the view was awesome!The owner was very accessible and helpful! I would recommend this property to everyone!

We stayed for the 4th of July and had a beautiful time with family. The house was so much fun for kids especially the slide inside the house! How awesome and memorable for the kids and family! The house was incredibly clean the host very responsive to all our needs! This is a dream home for anyone to have a family gathering!! I would definitely stay here again!!

Family Wedding FunThis property is beautiful with modern, spacious bedrooms and several private en suite baths. It is family friendly. Our grandkids loved the slide & basketball court, and spent countless hours in the private pool. Night swimming and hot tub were awesome! Michael (the host) was very responsive to questions or needs. It was the perfect location for a smaller-sized wedding. It offered a gorgeous wedding backdrop with unsurpassed views of beautiful Bear Lake. Highly recommended!

This is absolutely the BEST place for a family reunion‼ Non-stop fun activities & things to DO. We celebrated our 50 Wedding Anniversary here with our children & grandchildren. They had so many options for FUN. The best part was we could watch 3 of 4 different activities at a time. Pickle ball tournament, volley ball, swimming pool with a slide , hot tub, chess matches, 2 places to watch movies on large screens, etc etc. Everything for fixing meals for a large group. The pictures don’t come close to showing the grandeur and comfort of this BIG FRIENDLY GIANT! The breath taking views of Bear Lake make it a perfect spot to make memories with family.
Plenty of open space to visit, eat , or play games,
Teens LOVED spending time together here.
Kitchen was perfect for serving meals.

This property was remarkable! From the time we drove up to the house until we left 8 days later everyone was as engaged and happy. I didn’t hear the dreaded words “I am bored “ once. There were 28 of us. The game room is amazing! The kitchen and eating area are spacious and well laid out.House is brand new and beautiful. Lots of space everywhere. The owners were very cooperative and helpful. Great venue for a great vacation 😁😁😁

Best Family Reunion Ever!!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Besides being beautiful and luxurious, the heated pool, the slide, the Jacuzzi along with outdoor tables & seating gave us breathtaking views of the lake. The kitchen was large, functional and equipped with everything you would possibly need. The sleeping arrangements were fantastic. Loved the layout of the whole house. The bunk rooms for the children created memories to last for a lifetime. The adult rooms Had king size beds That were amazingly so comfortable. Forgot to mention the indoor basketball court and the game room. I could go on and on But no words can really describe how grateful we are to have had this experience.

The house was amazing for our early Christmas celebration. It was decorated with Christmas lights and a beautiful Christmas tree in the main living room. It was so nice to have that special touch. EVERYONE had something to do. The teens would disappear for hours and had so much fun in the gym and game room. The mess hall as my family called the dining area and kitchen were well-equipped for a large group. It was awesome to have 2 dishwashers and 3 sets of washers and dryers. Everyone had so much fun and that hot tub is AMAZING. It does fit a bunch of people. Watching the sunrise over that lake in the hot tub was breathtaking. We found ourselves just staring outside quietly because it was that beautiful! Every room was beautiful and there were beds everywhere! It was fun to hear the laughter and stories in the bunk rooms. The owner Michael checked on us and was available whenever we needed him. We had a couple of minor issues and he was so responsive. The house provided the foundation for everything to make the time we spent here so special. Loved every part of our experience and my family will never forget it! Thank you!!

Excellent house for family reunion

We held our 2025 family reunion here and it was wonderful. We have five children and 9 grandchildren. Each family had at least two bedrooms and their own bathroom. The kitchen seating area was very large and the kitchen well stocked. There are two refrigerators which was so helpful for all the drinks and food we brought. The kids loved the pool, indoor basketball court and the indoor three-story slide. Even the adults said it was faster to slide down than to take the stairs. The home is new and is designed very well. There are two areas for watching movies. There are covered patios / decks with plenty of seating. Michael, the host, called me when we arrived to make sure everything looked great. He was willing to answer any questions about the pool / hot tub gates and cover operation. The slide at the pool has water and is super fun. Excellent house with beautiful views of the lake and fantastic host. Highly recommend this property.
