Villa Sueños is one of the few homes in Northern Michigan to offer both a sauna and a year-round hot tub — creating a complete resort-inspired wellness experience right at home.

Our luxurious 8 person hot tub is tucked away in a serene corner on the lower deck with beautiful views of the water. The hot tub is just perfect for relaxing after a long day on the lake. It is also a soothing retreat from the crisp winter cold. The hot tub is many of our guests` favorite feature, and makes our home the perfect retreat for all seasons.

Lakefront Living on Silver Lake
Step into a light-filled living room where oversized picture windows frame panoramic Silver Lake views. Gather on the oversized sectional for movie nights, relax beside the gas fireplace, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere after a day exploring Traverse City. Outside, multiple decks and gathering spaces make it easy to enjoy lake life from sunrise to sunset. Silver Lake is wonderful for kayaking, boating, and fishing; our natural shoreline isn`t suitable for swimming directly from the property, but swimming is available at nearby sandbars and islands.

Unlike many large vacation rentals, Villa Sueños was intentionally designed to give groups room to spread out comfortably while still feeling connected. The home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests across multiple levels, making it ideal for:

Every bedroom includes a smart TV and comfortable bedding. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are provided in all bathrooms for a hotel-inspired experience.

Kitchen + Dining
The fully equipped kitchen was designed to bring everyone together. Prepare meals with generous prep space and a thoughtfully stocked kitchen featuring:

• Shaved ice machine (a guest favorite with kids)
We also provide basic spices, condiments, and everyday kitchen essentials to make cooking and gathering easy throughout your stay. Enjoy meals around the large dining table for 10–12 guests with additional seating at the island.

Dock
The 200-foot dock invites you to relax, fish, or simply enjoy the serene surroundings. Many guests rave about the excellent fishing right off the dock. Our shoreline has natural lake vegetation and is not suitable for swimming from the shore or dock. We recommend kayaking or boating to the nearby sandbars or islands for swimming. Silver Lake has many areas like this to enjoy. We are located on a cove on the lake, away from main boat traffic, creating a quieter setting to enjoy the water. We have kayaks you can borrow, as well as life jackets. Please note you use the kayaks and canoe at your own risk and you must wear a life jacket!

Water Activities + Boating
Villa Sueños offers peaceful lake access with beautiful views and excellent fishing right from the dock.
Provided watercraft include:
• 3 single kayaks
• 1 tandem kayak
• 1 canoe
• Life jackets

Like many Northern Michigan lakes, Silver Lake water levels fluctuate throughout the year. The water near our dock can be shallow, and we recommend some experience navigating shallow waters. Guests are welcome to use the dock, but please note that adequate water levels are not always present, and we cannot guarantee docking suitability for all boat types at all times. If you prefer, we’ve partnered with a trusted local company that offers daily boat delivery and pickup from the nearby public launch (just 3 minutes away). This is an excellent choice even for multi-day rentals—they’ll handle launching and retrieving the boat each day so you can relax and enjoy the lake. We also have plenty of parking space in our driveway, should you choose to bring a bigger boat and launch from the public boat launch. Reach out anytime, we are happy to assist with boat rentals.

By booking this stay you agree to the following:
-No food or drinks in the spa. You will use the spa at your own risk. Please latch the cover of the spa when not in use. Please shower before you use the spa to clean off any lotion or sand. Instructions on how to use the spa are provided in the guest manual. The spa is serviced weekly as well as prior to every guest check-in. If additonal services are needed to clean the spa, this may be billed to the guest.
- The guest agrees to pick up pet waste and dispose off. Please cover furniture if you allow pets on it. Dogs must be crated if alone in the home.
-No cigarette smoking anywhere on the property.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
