Fraudulent Owner - not as advertised

Club Wyndham as a property was lovely. However we booked and purchased a 3B/3BA on VRBO but the owner booked a 2B/2BA with Club Wyndham, it is a time share property so the Owner used points for the stay and pocketed our money. We had 3 families staying together, booked the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroomFor a reason and club Wyndham did not have any of those suites available. Club Wyndham showed me the booking by the owner who sold this condo to me on VRBO and it clearly shows that he booked a 2B/2BA presidential suite. The staff at Ckub Wyndham was top notch. Katherine C and Bear were amazing. All staff across the board were kind, helpful and customer service oriented. Jose at the pool bar was great. I have placed a complaint with VRBO for fraud and Club Wyndham has reported the owner on their end. All to say I have not received any compensation for this problem and the owner yet to contact me.
