The condo was just as pictured. It actually was one of the best decorated condos we have ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of seating for all with three couches and four chairs. It has been well maintained and we would definitely stay there again.

This was our 6th girls trip, but first time to stay in this specific condo. We hope to book this one again! It was so cozy and clean. The beds were very comfortable! We absolutely enjoyed it.

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo. There are some minor things that should be addressed in the condo but I emailed those to the property management. (TLC-type stuff)Great location, on the beach. We loved the pool and lazy river. The pool-side cafe was convenient. Being able to park on our floor (the 10th) was great and allowed us to skip the elevator. Having grocery carts available on each floor was a nice touch! I would definitely recommend but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the minor things get fixed.

This property was very well decorated, from start to finish, with every amenity imaginable. This rental had been updated to provide a warm and inviting space for the family to relax at the beach. The only negative is that during peak beach activity, the beach chairs/umbrella rentals dominate the landscape.

A vacation to remember!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful vacation location and a beautiful, well-appointed condo rental with all the amenities. The condo balcony was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation and reading. The Oasis facility was very nice. We enjoyed the fully equipped gym and hot tubs. The access to the gorgeous beach was perfect. A wonderful vacation experience!

Condo size and beach front location were fantastic. Parking garage was a major plus. It was very helpful to park on the same floor for easy room access and unloading/loading. Patio area was a nice size and well furnished for 6-8 people, minus the one chair that was broken and flipped over. We felt safe and didn’t experience any noise issues at night. We enjoyed our time there but did experience some long wait times for the elevator. Just pack some patience. The condo could use a deep cleaning. There was a deep collection of crumbs between the end of the cabinet and fridge that looked to be there from most of the summer. Large amounts of sand collected under both couches. Stains on some of the bed linens. The bar ice maker was broken. The host responded to our concerns promptly but the crumbs remained all week and the ice maker was not repaired during our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice family oriented place to stay. We've stayed 3 years in a row with a large group (3 condos worth). We really love all its amenities. Only negative is that the elevator situation could be better. Miserable to wait so long to up and down! Overall love it there!
