Excellent location, one block away you will have supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral, banking area, main stores on Av 9 Oct, Malecón 2000, cafes, and other commercial stores.
Completely remodeled apartment with private entrance, located on the 5th floor, it does not have a view of the street. Very quiet space, eventhough its located dowtown, once inside you will instantly disconect from the outdoors.
It is divided in 2 spaces, each one with AC.
The bedroom has 1 queen bed, 1 smartTV Netflix included, closet available, blackout curtains.
The living room has 1 sofa bed, board games, American-style kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, kettle, plates, glasses, cups and basic essentials.
The bathroom has an electric shower for hot water, towels, first aid kit, hair dryer and basic amenities provided.
